WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship Australia wide as well as to: Albania, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, South Africa, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States. If you don’t see your country in the list, please send us an email and we will try to rectify the situation, because everyone deserves happy skin!

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
There is a $12 flat rate for shipping domestically within Australia. If you are ordering Hello Happy Skin and live elsewhere, there is a flat rate International fee of $25.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
If you're in Australia, your order will be shipped within two business days from the time of purchase and should be with you a couple days later (all up that's 4-5 days). 
If international, it can take up to 14 days to be delivered. Hello Happy Skin is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

 

ARE INTERNATIONAL TAXES/ CUSTOMS CHARGES INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Any extra taxes and/or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of your order or shipping charges. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country or state of the shipping address. We suggest getting in contact with your local customs office if you are unsure of the any customs fees or taxes that are relevant to you.
HELLO HAPPY SKIN is not responsible for any additional taxes and/or customs charges that might be required during the shipment of your order. If you refuse your delivery, so to avoid any taxes or customs charges, you will not be entitled to a refund. These charges may be a requirement of your country’s government and therefore are not associated with the delivery services implemented by Hello Happy Skin. I CHANGED MY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or Australia Post, Hello Happy Skin will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Hello Happy Skin via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped.
