Shipping & Return Policy

 

We’re working hard to get orders shipped asap. Please do note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, your local delivery service may be strained and you may experience some delays. We did our best here so you can have an easy-to-read summary.

Where do you ship?

We ship to Australia, the US and UK. Shipping in Australia is free for all orders over $85. While for orders less than $85, shipping is just $12 within Australia. And for orders outside Australia, we have a $25 international shipping fee. All costs are in AUD.

Can I ship Hello Happy Skin as a gift?

Yes of course! You can gift your friends anything from our store. You just need to correctly enter the giftee’s shipping address at checkout and we’ll make sure they will receive it safe and sound! Plus, to add more surprise, we won’t include the gift cost! We got you.

 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Under COVID-19 circumstances, you can expect your shipping confirmation email within 2 business days. 

Australia: From dispatch, please allow the Australia Post delivery up to 5 business days. Unfortunately, we can’t do expedited shipping for now.

International: Shipping can take 10-15 business days depending on where you live. Please bear in mind the COVID-19 situation and how it can strain your local delivery service, so it may take a little longer than usual to receive your order.

I’m moving, how can I change my address?

That’s easy. You can log in to your profile anytime and make changes to your billing and shipping information. Go to your profile, hit edit, and add changes as you need to! If you need help, please shoot us an email at hello@hellohappyskin.com.au

If you change your address after placing an order, directly request a change via hello@hellohappyskin.com.au prior to your order being shipped. Also, keep in mind that you should ask Australia Post or your local delivery service for any loss or misplaced parcels during your relocation.

Okay, so what if my order did not arrive?

We hope this doesn’t happen, but if it does, directly email us at hello@hellohappyskin.com.au and we’ll do our best to help you with your situation. Sometimes the shipping carrier will also send you a note about it.

 

What to do if I want to cancel or modify my order?

Sadly, we can’t cancel orders once they’re placed. So ensure you carefully pick the best product you want and really need. If you still need more info or recommendations, please email us at hello@hellohappyskin.com.au.

 

What do I do if I want a refund or a return?

We hope you love what you receive, but we totally understand if you decide that you need a refund. Email us at hello@hellohappyskin.com.au within 15 days of your order, including the reasons why you’re asking this and we’ll help you process a return right away. You will need to add relevant photos and a purchase receipt so we can complete your return immediately.

Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same original condition (packaging) when you received it. There are also certain situations where we only grant a partial refund:

  1. The item is not in its original condition and is damaged due to natural or unforeseen errors.
  2.  Any item that is returned after more than 15 days since delivery.

 

What to do if my product is damaged or the order is incorrect?

If you received a damaged product or something different from what you’ve ordered, we’re so sorry about that! Please contact us at hello@hellohappyskin.com.au and we’ll make sure you get the Hello Happy Skin products you ordered! Don’t forget to also send us relevant photos of the said product. Thank you!
